What You’ll Be Doing

• Prioritising health, safety, and environmental practices on every job – our staff are more important than our margins

• Delivering outstanding customer service and create a great client experience – we focus on quality not quantity

• Providing planned preventative maintenance and servicing

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving refrigeration and HVAC faults

• Installing, maintaining, and upgrading refrigeration systems - we work to all New Zealand standards and codes of practice, so you can be assured the work you complete with Excel will be something you are proud of

• Using technology to efficiently complete and manage work orders - we are always looking for new technology and tooling to help technicians achieve this high standard.

Your Toolkit for Success

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:

• NZQA Level 4 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

• Current Electrical Service Technician (EST) Practising Licence

• Approved Refrigerant Handling (Filler’s) Ticket

• Full, unrestricted New Zealand driver licence

• Proven hands-on experience in HVAC & Refrigeration

• Be currently residing in New Zealand
