RAC or HVAC Apprentice

Are you interested in becoming an apprentice in one of the fastest growing industries in New Zealand?

Excel is always on the lookout for upcoming talent to join our growing team. As an Excel Apprentice you will be working closely with qualified technicians who will support your learning, both on and off site, helping you to build your skills and contribute to many different commercial and industrial projects.

An apprenticeship is a 4 year commitment during which time you will attend block courses and be supported in the completion of your credits. The normal working hours are 7.30am - 4.00pm and you can expect to have scheduled hourly rate increases as you move through your apprenticeship and complete the credits.

ABOUT YOU
You will enjoy working in a team but also be capable of working alone and have a solutions focused attitude. You should also have:

An eye for detail
Level 2 literacy and numeracy or equivalent
Strong organisation skills
Be a problem solver that wants to learn
Feel comfortable working in enclosed spaces and at heights
An unrestricted NZ Driver Licence
